SITE POLICY

Corrections policy

How factual errors, stale information and unclear sourcing are handled.

01What qualifies for correction

Incorrect release facts, platform or language listings, misquoted requirements, broken primary-source links, unclear attribution and stale pre-release wording all qualify for review.

02Correction method

The relevant page is checked against the strongest available source. Confirmed errors are corrected in the article rather than hidden behind a new duplicate page. Material changes should be described plainly in the page or site change record when one is available.

03Unverified disputes

A conflicting community post alone does not replace an official listing. If reliable sources disagree, the page should present the disagreement and date instead of choosing an unsupported answer.

04Editorial maintenance

Published pages are periodically checked against the strongest available sources. Confirmed errors and stale claims are corrected in place, with material changes described plainly when a public change record is available.
